From what I have read, Library 2.0 isn't truly defined and that is mostly due to its amorphous nature… so I think anyone claiming to be an expert would be yesterday's library 2.0 expert! The key element seems to be involving the patron in the planning process, and that is going to continuously change, if done properly. Using web 2.0 tools will help us, but those tools change continuously as well!
